Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys fixing things, staying organized, and keeping a facility running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Team Member to join our crew at Sportsplex New Windsor, with the long-term goal of training into a full time role.

This Role Is Perfect For You If You:

• Have a knack for general repairs, light electrical, plumbing, or HVAC

• Like variety in your day—no two days are the same here

• Want to build a career in facility operations or team leadership

• Take pride in keeping things safe, clean, and working

• Can lift 50+ lbs, don’t mind getting dirty, and have flexible availability

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Performing light maintenance and repairs around the club

• Assisting with pool, HVAC, and fitness equipment upkeep

• Helping with outdoor grounds care (landscaping, snow removal, etc.)

• Supporting and working alongside our housekeeping staff to ensure locker rooms, common areas, and bathrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitized

• Completing detailed cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning floors, restocking supplies, and responding to immediate cleaning needs throughout the day

• Learning scheduling, vendor communication, and budgeting tasks alongside our Maintenance Director

Qualifications:

• Experience in building or facility maintenance preferred

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work a plus

• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record

• Able to pass a background check

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
